The third part of our week of FWONK*100 celebrations presents a series of experimental audio manipulations of organic, acoustic improvisations. Kid Feardive – aka Cagey House – brilliant weaves his own acoustic recordings of pianos, banjos and more into a stunning sonic collage.
Cagey House has been unleashing strange sounds on the netlabel scene for several years. Each track on this particular album began as a single phrase. Variations (in voicing, pitch and tempo) were spun from these phrases and then dubbed over each other, again and agian, until a kind of delerium set in.
